About Us
Christian Record Services is an international organization serving blind and visually impaired individuals in approximately 80 countries worldwide and employs about 160 people throughout the United States and Canada.
In Canada, Christian Record Services has representatives coast to coast, creating a nation-wide network which allows personal relationships to flourish between CRS representatives and volunteers and the blind and visually impaired community. Our blind and visually impaired friends are provided with a wide-range of free services, as well as, the opportunity to attend one of the five camps put on yearly across the country that make the National Camps for the Blind program.
Christian Record Services provides new opportunities for persons around the world who are blind or visually impaired. Each year approximately 100,000 blind people’s lives are changed by services we provide to them without cost. Anyone who is blind, legally blind (20/200 with corrective lenses), or has a physical impairment that prevents them from holding reading material are eligible for free services:
Our Objectives
- To enrich lives of those who are blind, visually impaired or physically challenged regardless of race, creed, economic status or gender.
- To help and encourage each of the many clients, volunteers, employees, trustees and supporters of Christian Record Services to achieve their full-potential, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
- To provide free Christian, and family rated publications and programs for people with visual impairments.
